Q. Is the canvas tent warm? I'm worried I'll be cold during my session.

A. Yes! Your comfort is our number one priority. The tent has an electric fireplace, massage table heater & warm towels to bundle you in. It also is waterproof for those rainy west coast days.

Q. Is Stillwater Massage's tent open year-round?

A. Stillwater Massage tent is open from late spring to early fall annually. We offer mobile massage in the shoulder seasons (due to COVID-19 travel restrictions we are currently not offering mobile treatments,)

Q. Does Stillwater Massage have RMTs?

A. No. Our practitioners have experience at top spas, ski lodges & thousands of hours of hands on experience. They're certified but not RMTs.

Q. Do I have to pay for admissions at the Botanical Gardens with my treatment?

A. No, your treatment comes with complimentary admissions into the Tofino Botanical Gardens. You're welcome to forest bathe & stay all day.

Q. What type of payments does Stillwater Massage accept?

A. We accept debit, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and cash.

Q. Do I need to give a credit card to hold my booking?

A. Yes we require credit cards to hold bookings. Your credit card will only be charged if you provide less than 24 hours notice, no show or if your payment card at the tent was declined.
