Q. Is the canvas tent warm? I'm worried I'll be cold during my session.
A. Yes! Your comfort is our number one priority. The tent has an electric fireplace, massage table heater & warm towels to bundle you in. It also is waterproof for those rainy west coast days.
Q. Is Stillwater's tent open year-round?
A. Stillwater Nature Spa's tent is open from late spring to early fall annually. We offer outcall massage in the shoulder seasons.
Q. Does Stillwater have RMTs?
A. No. Our practitioners have experience at top spas, ski lodges & thousands of hours of hands on experience. They're certified but not RMTs.
Q. What type of payments does Stillwater accept?
A. We accept debit, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and cash.
Q. Do I need to give a credit card to hold my booking?
A. Yes we require credit cards to hold bookings. Your credit card will only be charged if you provide less than 48 hours notice, no show or if your payment card at the tent was declined.
Q. Do I have to be naked for my treatment?
A. You will be provided with proper draping to respect your privacy at all times. Our massages are customizable, so whether you are comfortable nude, in undergarments or active wear we can adjust your treatment accordingly. If you have any concerns regarding this we are happy to answer any questions at the time of booking.
