BOTANICAL MASSAGE
Customized to your individual needs, your practitioner will integrate various techniques to address imbalances and induce deep relaxation. Aromatherapy is included in organic body oil using Stillwater's locally curated essential oils.

SEA STONE MASSAGE
Local basalt stones are hand collected along the Pacific Rim's shoreline. The warm stones are implemented in a full-body massage to penetrate the muscles, promote detoxification and deep relaxation.

CEDAR AND SAGE RITUAL
Experience West Coast wellness. The treatment commences with a sage smudge to cleanse & bless. Heated ocean stones are placed along the centre line of the body. Basalt stones are implemented in Swedish style techniques to invoke a meditative state. The ritual finishes with cedar smudging traditionally used for protection.

LOMI LOMI
An ancient Hawaiian massage that incorporates the aloha spirit. With West Coast inspiration the treatment starts with a sage smudge, followed by a pule meaning prayer to invite light into ones life. The massage incorporates rhythmic fluid strokes and body mobilization techniques.
